Jessica Scheuerman, Executive Director, jessica@livable.org
Jessica Scheuerman is a placemaking consultant, nonprofit founder and writer. Her expertise includes the animation of public space, arts-based economic development within underutilized commercial districts, and the social and economic wellness of communities undergoing demographic change. In 2020, she founded the Omaha-based nonprofit Partners for Livable Omaha and serves as its executive director.
In 2010, Scheuerman began developing neighborhood-based placemaking projects aimed at transforming vacant retail spaces into cultural and commercial destinations in Washington, D.C. Scheuerman was vice president at Washington, D.C.-based Partners for Livable Communities, where she began her career in 2007. She has written extensively concerning creative responses to America’s aging crisis and published the comprehensive, how-to guide Mobilizing Arts and Cultural Resources for Community Development.
Scheuerman’s work has been supported by ArtPlace America, the D.C. Office of Planning, MetLife Foundation, Kresge Foundation, the National Endowment of the Arts, The Sherwood Foundation, and numerous Nebraska-based sponsors. She has a Master of Science in Urban Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University.

Kaylea Kuhlman is a Journalism and Media Communications summa cum laude graduate with a minor in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her expertise is in social media and creative media production. Kuhlman manages the marketing and internal and external communications of Partners for Livable Omaha.
James Schroeder, Production Manager, jim@livable.org
James Schroeder is a musician, composer, construction worker and live/studio sound engineer living in Omaha, Nebraska. He has worked with many artists on multiple recordings and live performances, touring across the country and abroad for 20 years. Schroeder oversees the Omaha Mobile Stage’s sound and tech production, functionality, and training interns.
Keiria Marsha, Program Manager, keiria@livable.org
Keiria Marsha is a musician, photographer, and event organizer. She finds joy in crafting art, visuals, songs, and memorable performances. This passion led to the birth of “Keiria Marsha's Pull Up and Vibe Open Mic Music Festival” and “Melanin City Classics.” These events are a sanctuary of creativity, offering artists from all backgrounds a stage to showcase their talents without judgment or pretense. It's a safe haven where music, poetry, painting, producing, and dance come together in perfect harmony, radiating an infectious vibe that resonates with all.
Bobbi Trujillo, Audio Engineer and Production Assistant
Bobbi Trujillo graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in music, a concentration in music technology, and a minor in philosophy. They entered the music world by joining the school band at eight years old, and after falling in love with music, decided to dedicate her time to learning more about theory, performance, and how to incorporate music into her daily life. Trujillo assists with stagehand work and sound mixing for numerous events and aims to learn more while a part of the project. Bobbi joined the Omaha Mobile Stage production team in 2022 during its first season.
Logan Smith, Audio Engineer and Production Assistant
Logan Smith graduated cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Music Technology. He is a singer, guitarist, and audio engineer. Logan has been honored on the Chancellor’s List and Dean’s List multiple times during his undergraduate career. Logan joined the Omaha Mobile Stage production team in 2023 during its second season.
Tyler Russell, Audio Engineer and Production Assistant
Tyler Russell has an Audio Engineering Associate of Applied Science degree from Iowa Western Community College. He runs sound and works as a stagehand at numerous venues in the Omaha metro. Tyler joined the Omaha Mobile Stage production team in 2023 during its second season.
Brandon Rial, Marketing Director
Brandon Rial’s passion for the arts led to a career in marketing, digital media, graphic design, and nonobjective art. He believes that visual art is an important part of design and public space beautification efforts. He attended the University of Nebraska Omaha, College of Communication, Fine Arts, and Media, and Metropolitan Community College (Nebraska), focusing on Fine Arts and Graphic Design.
