The over-arching goals of “Culture Builds Communities” are:
- To strengthen the role of arts and cultural resources in revitalization efforts in low resource communities.
- To increase opportunities for incorporating arts and culture into a community development agenda.
- To enhance awareness of the cultural assets in communities.
